·	Power distribution, grounding and power conditioning for telecommunications spaces and equipment, including UPS systems, transient voltage surge suppression, and other work required for unique equipment requirements.

·	Environmental, space, and physical requirements for telecommunications spaces, including HVAC, lighting, space allocation and layout in coordination with the project mechanical and architectural design staff.

·	Telecommunications pathway requirements, including service entrance, underground facilities, provisions for riser cabling, cable distribution (cable tray, conduit), and workstation outlet provisions.

·	Selection of telecommunications cable types to be used on projects (fiber, copper, coax, etc.), and terminations (cross-connects, patch panels, jacks, etc.)

·	Overall compliance of the system with all applicable codes and standards, such as local building codes, owner requirements, EIA/TIA, NEC, NFPA, and others. This includes design and specification of appropriate firestopping systems for the cabling and pathway systems installed.

Project-specific full-detail construction drawings & specifications are prepared by our design team  for all telecommunication systems, as opposed to Request for Proposal (RFP) performance criteria, so that our clients can see and understand the proposed telecommunications systems and assure themselves of the system architecture and performance.  As a result of our detailed design capabilities, costs, quality, and installation schedules are closely controlled.

·	Coordination with the architectural design of the facility is accomplished as a part of the telecommunications system design and related requirements for spaces and pathways, for optimum use of space and aesthetic functionality.
